Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, customised jewellery and gift cards cannot be returned.
